Please note that we sell to "Dealers" in the Medical Industry only. We cannot sell directly to consumers because our merchandise requires specialized knowledge for distribution.

1. Order by phone: Call 1-800-253-2091 or 269-651-2371. Customer Service Representatives are available from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. After hours, orders can be placed on our voicemail.

2. Order by e-mail: E-Mail your purchase order to us at orders@freemanmfg.com. We make every effort to check this e-mail box several times a day.

4. Order by fax or mail: Fax or mail your purchase order to 1-800-894-8248 or 269-651-8248. You may also print our order form, fill it out, and fax or mail it back to us. To view and print this form you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click the yellow icon to go to the Adobe site and download it to your computer.
