Condyle Pads. Heartshaped condylar pads made of 3/8" Ensolite foam. Sold in pairs, pads come complete with knitted elastic pockets. Pockets can be stitched to interior of Freeman 700 and 800 series elastic knee braces at level medial and lateral to the patella. Designed to protect knee joint with soft cushion and to help control patellar migration. Used as replacement pads or to augment elastic knee brace.
