Traction Legging. Leg traction offers an alternate means of supplying
traction to the lower back. When pelvic traction is not desirable, leg
traction accomplishes the same purpose by indirect pull on the spine
through the skeletal framework of the lower limbs. Use is indicated for
lower back, pelvic or lower extremity disorders. Made of white
herringbone twill backed with foam rubber to prevent slippage. Mesh
elastic construction on calf side accommodates leg contours to ensure a
uniform fit. Two traction pull straps of 1 3/8" wide webbing have "D"
rings for spreader bar attachment. Alternating strap and truss-hook
closure. Total length 14". Sized according to calf circumference.
