This information is a "Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure" under the Year 2000 Information and Readiness Disclosure Act of 1998, Public Law 105-271, of the United States of America and is protected by the provisions of that Act.

This statement has been prepared to respond to all inquiries regarding the Year 2000 capability of products and services provided by Freeman Manufacturing Company.

We appreciate our customers' positions and the specific industry needs that prompt them to send questionnaires and surveys, however, we do not have the resources to complete unique, company specific investigations. Therefore, a written copy of this comprehensive statement will be sent exclusively in response to all Year 2000 inquiries.

Please accept this explanation of our current applications and products along with our assurance that there will be no business interruptions in dealing with us through 1999 and into the year 2000.

Our products are not date dependent. Our software and hardware used to process orders are Year 2000 Compliant. Our accounting and order processing software is certified Year 2000 Compliant by Tech Systems, Inc.

An analysis of our current plant and equipment reveled no date related errors. Requests were sent to all of our vendors requesting year 2000 compliance assurance.
