With Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, there is excess weight or extending of the ulnar nerve also known as the funny bone nerve, which can cause tingling or shivering in the ring and little fingers. This can also cause torment in the lower arm and hand. The cubital tunnel is a space of the dorsal average elbow, which permits section of the ulnar nerve around the elbow. It is flanked along the side by the average epicondyle of the humerus, the olecranon procedure of the ulna and the tendinous curve joining the humeral and ulnar leaders of the flexor carpi ulnaris.
The Cubital Tunnel support has velcro straps to secure it firmly to the arm. The Cubital Tunnel Support includes a mesh inner sleeve that helps hold the brace in place while still being adjustable. The stays are removable and allow for more control depending on the amount of rigidness required. The support is made up of breathable Kool flex material, which increases comfort and allows for longer periods of the brace being worn in comfort.

I was concerned that it was going to be bulky while wearing but so far it is not too bad. It did take me a little bit to realize that the metal bars on the inside are removable if you don't want it to be able to move

Very comfortable and effective for me especially since I sleep while severely bending my arm. I have not woken up since I started wearing this. I used to wake up with my little finger and ring finger having gone numb. In my old model it was not velcro, so having velcro is very nice. When first purchased it does take a couple days to get used to wearing something on your arm. The nice thing with this model vs my older model is that it has velcro straps on both the top and bottom of the arm to keep the brace in place.
