The Neoprene Pocket Lumbosacral Wraparound is 3/16 inch thick. It has a hook 'n pile closure. The garment is designed with compression, so you might want to go up a size to find the one that will work for you. It will fit most people because of its easily adjustable waist strap. The garment stretches around your buttocks to give you the maximum support.
