These lumbosacral also contain two pre-bent steels that are removable and which offer a firm support to your posture as per your desire and preference. They are also equipped with flexible stays at both the front and back sides which serve to provide maximum comfort to the wearer.

This means that to get the best fit, you are required to measure the fullest and most round part of your hips including your buttocks.
