Unisex Cinch-It 578

The Unisex Clinch-It 578 is a very excellent support with cupped fronts and a top that is adjusted to fully accommodate the body part it is worn on. It has been specifically designed for patients with arthritis as they lose dexterity when it comes to handling conventional buttons or hooks due to their illness.

It is basically a lumbo sacral support with steel stays and is adjusted with three pull-side laces. On the front side, there is an easy to use adjustable strap. It is made up of white cotton material. Its flexible stays are present on the back, front and the sides. This item is enough to comfortably accommodate the complete figure.

The brace comes with fitting instructions. A proper and good fit is essential and as it reduces the risk of injury. Everybody is different so fitting may be dependent on the specific body style and structure. As mentioned, this item gives you compression through the featured side lacing. The compression provided by this product is effective in promoting better blood flow, and in reducing the pain that people might be feeling in their hip area.

It normally uses a system of four alternating front cinch straps, a very heavy elastic lumbar waist belt, one pair of top and bottom side-cinch adjustments straps, and one of the most important, a hook 'n pile attached elastic side panels that are adjusted for proper hip development.
