Thermoplastic Front Insert. Moldable anterior panel for Model 983.
This thermoplastic insert is made to be used with the Freeman Elastic Pocket Wraparound model number 983. The insert can be placed inside the front of a wraparound for maximum support and rigidity for the sacrum and lower spine. It is moldable to best fit the wearer’s unique body shape and to provide optimal comfort. Thermoplastic material becomes pliable and elastic when heated and hardens when cool, allowing it to be molded.
