This Men's Lumbosacral Support Brace is used to treat lower back pain. It features a three-pull side lace adjustment allowing for the perfect fit. A snap-button front closure with reinforcing hook-and-eye. This brace also features elastic releases at the top and groin for increased comfort and mobility. A pair of 12 inch preshaped steel and flexible stays for the front, back and sides of the brace will be included. This brace is available in even sizes from 28-54.
Adjustment: Three-pull side lace.

Totally as advertised!
I had one of your old Braces for 45 years and had not used it during the last 27 years. When my Back started giving me trouble, about 2 months ago I put the old Brace on and it worked quite well. I wanted to see what was new in your Back Braces. I found the Model 542 and purchased it, received the 542 and have been wearing it for one week! The 542 is Awesome and much better than the 45 year old one, which I could not find in your list of new Braces. I will totally recommend the 542 to everyone who's need's require such a Brace!
