According to the American College of Rheumatology, 27 million Americans live with Elbow Osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis can effect all joints in the body and are less common among the elbow joint because of it's strength of surrounding ligaments and tissues. Osteoarthritis occurs in joints that are over-used or have experienced trauma that degenerates the supporting tissues. Joints then feel unstable, become inflamed and are painful during use.
