Creating a proper orthotic device or cast requires a good fit, and there is no better way to build the perfect fitting foot wear than to obtain a negative cast of your own or your clients foot. The Freeman Foot Impression Tray Set is a set of up to eighteen single trays filled 14” deep with dry compressible foam in a block formation.

The process for creating a negative impression cast is simple. Slowly and gently lower the foot in question into the dry compressible foam, heel first and then forefoot, press, and remove the foot from the foam. Once you’ve created the impression, simply pour Plaster of Paris into the mold and go from there.

A well fitting mold of the foot can be the difference between an orthopedic device that fits well and reduces a clients overall pain, and one that is at best ineffective. The Freeman Foot Impression Trays allow you to more quickly and easily create well fitting and suitable orthopedic devices for your clients or even for yourself.

The Freeman Foot Impression Trays are single use devices. They cannot be “reset”after usage. Use them only once per foot and per client in order to receive the best results.
