When you've twisted your knee out of place and movement is starting to seem just about impossible, you should consider an elastic hinged knee brace to help you get back on your feet. Knee braces like this one provide you with the perfect combination of joint stability and range of movement that you need for the fullest possible recovery.

This knee brace is knitted from a special one-way stretch elasticated fabric, which means you can pull it on easily but it won't just roll back down your leg on its own accord. It comes with lateral steel hinges which offer your knee the stability it needs from both left and right sides, preventing any excess bending outside of the normal range of movement.

There are leather retaining straps which help you to keep your knee in precisely the right position to encourage it to heal while you remain able to get out and about. The design has taken comfort and hygiene into account, too, having an open patella to prevent the build up of sweet and debris. After all, there's nothing worse than an itch that you can't scratch.

This model also comes with condyle pads for extra comfort and support. Depending on your exact requirements, you can remove the condyle pads quickly and easily. They're simple to put back into place if you find you need them again. You can order replacement condyle pads if yours eventually wear out or you just want a spare set.

The vertical length of this knee brace is 12", making it suitable for almost anyone. As with many of our knee braces, we offer a range of sizes measured according to knee joint circumference. In total, we provide sizes from extra small (10½"-12") all the way up to 3XL (19½"-21").

There are a number of different extras you can get with this elastic hinged knee brace if you so require them. One particular addition that is rather popular is the hyperextension hinge option, which makes sure that you don't overstretch your knee joint. You don't want to be all the way back to square one just because of a little exertion.
