Patella Stabilizing Strap

The Spooner is a strapping system that works to stabilize the kneecap, or patella. It controls the medial patella meniscus ligament as well as the medial femoral ligament, making sure that your knee is properly aligned while you're using a rigid functional knee brace. It works with most devices of this kind, but do make sure you check first.

The overall effect of this device is known as "spooning". It scoops up the patella and controls its movement so that you don't have to worry about any part of your knee migrating into an unusual and unhealthy position.

This device has been designed with versality in mind.  It can be easily retrofitted to most rigid braces.

To further facilitate any custom adjustments, this stabilizer has a Velcro compatible Lycra finish. It also comes with alligator tabs which allow for strap length adjustment.

This patella strap can be worn alone or with a rigid knee brace.
