Philadelphia Stabilizer.

This is a modular accessory that converts any Philadelphia Collar into a radiolucent two-post cervical support. Its purpose is to provide greater stability to restrict rotation, flexion and extension. Model 809 conforms to all body types and easily connects to any Philadelphia Cervical Collar by means of a single slide lock attachment. No tools are necessary. Chest adjustment is by two hook 'n pile straps. For use with 804T, 805T, 806T, & 807T collars.

Philadelphia stabilizer is a modular device with plastic anterior and posterior;chin cradle and hook-and-loop closure straps. It is used along with Philadelphia collar. It is attached to standard Philadelphia collar for rotation control and extension support. Hook and loop closure straps are responsible for thoracic adjustment. The occipital and mandibular pieces are different and can be selected according to the individual fitting. Chest adjustment should be done simply by two hooks and pile straps. It`s use is very simple i.e., no tool required for their fitting.

The purpose of its use is to restrict rotation, extension and restrict rotation. It gives greater stability and comfort. Physiotherapists recommended this product in many situations like trauma, post spine surgery and some tine in back and neck pains.
