This device can be used by the vast majority of people, owing to its sliding adjustment control system which lets you fit into it regardless of your exact height and width. Both parameters can be controlled independently from one another using horizontal and vertical bars, making this orthosis pretty much universal.

The frame consists of anodized aluminum and includes molded polyethylene sternal, pelvic and side pads. This combination enables you to enjoy the highest level of stability and security as part of a comfortable and convenient orthotic experience. The overall setup is completed by sliding the cushioned back pad onto the posterior strap, and then affixing it to the side pads using a hook and pile fastener.

For extra customization, you can cut and mold any of the polyethylene pads to achieve a closer fit if you require something a little different. This customization is enough that one size of CASH orthosis tends to fit all.

For shorter or longer posterior straps you can order the short and long models respectively, and you can even get an imitation sheepskin pad for that extra bit of luxury.
