Thoracolumbar Posture Rest. 13½" X 13" poly foam cushion is fashioned in contoured butterfly design. Butterfly pattern provides lateral and vertical support to the lumbar and lower thoracic spine. Posture rest attaches to chair by means of two 36" long tie straps. Navy blue fabric cover is removable for washing. Medium density. Shrink wrapped for sanitation.
